There are many needle-like pins welded, which expands the heating area outside the pipe (i.e. the flue gas side) and improves the heat transfer coefficient. Therefore, LSK type needle tube boiler has the characteristics of small volume, light weight, high thermal efficiency (>83%), fast steam raising speed (generally 15-18 minutes), easy maintenance, especially needle tube structure makes it more convenient to clean soot, and does not pollute the machine warehouse environment.

5.The flue gas portion is under the normal water level, therefore the flue gas tube at cold state avoids oxidation corrosion which caused by moisture at water level, and corrosion caused by operation temperature and stress changes.
